Working Group 2 is devoted to developing a transferable comparative framework to study the impacts of new nationalisms and related geopolitical pressures on higher education and research. Based on an ethics of context sensitivity, the work will provide a basis for additional studies on the future of European higher education and research areas and of the EU.
