I have a great passion for embedded electronics, CAD modeling and 3D printing. I am passionate about designing prototypes that combine physical parts and electronics. This is also reflected in my private life, where I occasionally solve challenges with 3D printing and electronics.
Besides my family, I spend a large part of my free time on music, where I play the guitar and sing. Even here problems are solved with electronics and 3D printing when I need a new MIDI pedal, for example.
My teaching typically involves practical problems, where solutions often are created through practical exercises. This also means that the student is actively involved in the lectures. One of my goals is to always create relevant and usable solutions, which is why it is also important to me that projects take place in close cooperation with companies and end users.
I mentor students at various levels and I am also responsible for MakerFest at BTECH.
I am responsible for the 3rd semester of the BDE study programme, which I also present as a member of the study board.
I have the responsibility for the development of our 'Concept Development Lab'. This is linked to my responsibility for MakerFest, which is held every September in collaboration with local educational institutions and companies.
I have an active role in the research center 'Interdisciplinary Digital Business Development (DBD)', where I am responsible for the project 'Smart Factory'.
Finally, I participate in a collaboration forum around the 'Entreprenørksabskolen' in collaboration with Ikast-Brande municipality.
