My research is centered around understanding the perspectives of patients and their relatives and on developing interventions that improve care based on the needs, preferences, and values of the patients. I use qualitative methods and have a particular interest in exploring the experiences and needs of patients with cognitive impairment during hospitalization, care transitions, and cancer pathways.
I teach in the Master's program in Nursing for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd semesters and supervise students in their master's theses in the 4th semester.
I am the course coordinator for the course "People's Life Situations in Relation to Illness" in the 2nd semester of the Master's program in Nursing and responsible for the 3rd module in the Master's program in Clinical Nursing.
