I am currently a Professor and Deputy Head of Department responsible for research and career development at Department of Civil and Architectural Engineering at Aarhus University. In addition, also the leader of the research group in construction management and PI on a range of research grants, e.g., GREEN-TRACK, Construction Management 2.0, and ReVALUE. I am elected to the faculty’s Academic Council and head of our department's research committee. Previously I served as head of the section for six years, when our section grew from 20 to 54 staff. Research-wise, my core competence is in construction management, specifically production planning and control. I am nationally and internationally recognized for my research in Construction Labour Productivity and Lean Construction.
