I work to encourage the lecturers at AU to deliver engaging lectures, create activating teaching, and provide developing supervision.
I strive for the teaching to enhance the students' ability to practice their discipline and develop their professional identity through their competencies to communicate within and about their field.
I do this through teaching, advising, and sparring in: writing and writing proces, feedback, oral presentation and performance (body and voice), academic reading and argumentation.
