I'm a computational limnologist with keen interests in aquatic ecosystem modeling, physical limnology, freshwater ecology and machine learning. My research focuses on understanding changes and shifts in lake phenology, developing and applying aquatic ecosystem models to explore ecosystem change, and using knowledge-guided machine learning for improved and sound projections of water quality processes.
