I graduated as a medical doctor in 1999 and did a PhD on learning outcomes and core curriculum. From 2007 to 2015, I worked as an associate professor in medical education at Aarhus University, and was in addition head of studies from 2010 to 2015. From 2016 to 2020, I directed the Copenhagen Academy for Medical Education and Simulation (CAMES) at Rigshospitalet, before I returned 'home' to Aarhus University in september 2020 as the director of the Centre for Educational Development.
I'm the director of the Centre for Educational Development, one of the largest higher education teaching-learning centres in Northern Europe. We operate the university learning management systems and technologies. We offer excellent teaching-learning competence development and curriculum consultancy to all faculty . Through research, teaching, and international collaboration CED contribute considerably to university innovation. My responsibilities are broad, so please, feel free to contact me.
