I work as an HR-partner at Nat-Tech HR, where I support the Department of Biology, the Department of Chemistry and iNANO at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and the Danish Biodiversity Council.
Nat-Tech HR is responsible for the day-to-day running of the HR area at Nat and Tech in relation to, among other things, recruitment, salaries, sickness, leaves of absence, employee retention, development and resignations, as well as for offering advisory services and guidance to the units at the faculties and the faculty managements.
