During my Ph.D., my research focused on the pioneering application of advanced OMICS-based methodologies, wherein I adeptly harnessed stable isotope-labeled and label-free proteomics techniques, alongside metagenomic analyses.
My repertoire of skills encompassed classical molecular biology methodologies. Within the domain of molecular biology, I notably excel in the application of (meta)genomics, (meta)proteomics, and the combination of the two.
