Job responsibilities

I work as an administrative coordinator in the study administration at Natural Sciences and Technical Sciences. Here I solve many different tasks in the department and in the studies administration, where I continuously support the management team. I plan and coordinate several study-related events and am responsible for a number of processes with HR and hourly pay, as well as other internal events and tasks.
 
As part of the team in VEST - Guidance and Study Information in the department education, I am a member of Team StudyStart.
Team Studystart works to ensure that all new students at Natural Sciences and Technical Sciences get the best possible start to their education and are well integrated both socially and academically. We do this through customised information, by supporting the tutors in their great efforts during the study start and as a link between the other actors in the study start.
 
I am also part of Team Recruitment and Events.
Team Recruitment and Events plans, coordinates and runs events for potential students at Natural Sciences and Technical Sciences, e.g. open days and U-days, in close collaboration with departments and other stakeholders. We strive to ensure that our degree programmes are presented honestly and at eye level, so as to ensure the best possible alignment of expectations.
