Bo Sandemann Rasmussen is Professor of Economics at the Department of Economics and Business Economics. He holds a PhD in Economics and Management from Aarhus University (1990) and an MSc (Econ) from London Schoool of Economics (1985). He is currently Head of the Economics Section at the department, and has previously been Director of the PhD Program in Economics and Business Economics (2007-2017), and Director of Studies for the program of Economics and Management (2017-2020).
Bo’s research interests focus on the macroeconomics aspects of economic policies, be it fiscal policy, tax policy, monetary policy or exchange rate policy.
Bo is teaching Macroeconomics at the bachelor program in Economics and Business Administration and Macroeconomics at the MBA program. He has previously taught Monetary Economics at the master program in Economics and Management and Advanced Macroeconomics at the bachelor program in Economics and Management.
