Teaching
It is important to me that participants are involved and engaged in the activities and processes. The learner’s own motivation is crucial, whether it’s a student with a deep academic identification or an instructor wanting to develop new and inspiring ways to provide feedback. We need to discuss what we do in the moment and it is essential that the work is tied to concrete teaching practice. If I can inspire and expand a teacher’s repertoire or motivate their innovation in dialogic teaching, it has been a good day.
My work focuses on collaboration and understanding of the individual teacher in their academic environment and the teaching culture that exists at the institution. It is very important to me to develop the teaching that exists within the individual, as well having the dialogue with the teacher or the educational leader in order to provide effective counseling and teaching development. Therefore, my focus is on teaching practices and processes that creates space for sustainable teaching development.
