Antonia Grohmann is an Associate Professor at the Department of Economics and Business Economics. Prior to coming to Aarhus she worked as a Research Associate at DIW Berlin. She holds a PhD from the University of Hannover (2015).

Research

Antonia’s research lies with in Household Finance. Much of her work tries to find ways to improve individual financial decision making. She conducts empirical and experimental studies in developed and developing countries. This includes, for example, randomized control trials on the effect of financial education and lab experiment on the determinants of debt taking.

Teaching activities

Antonia is teaching the masters course Applied Econometric Methods, which is a 10 ECTs course part of the Finance and International Business program. She also supervises bachelor and master thesis.
