HR Partner and team-leader
I work as HR partner at Health HR, and support Department of Biomedicine.
Furthermore I am team-leader in the team, that supports the Department of Biomedicine, Department of Public Health and Health Administrative Centre.
Health HR is responsible for the day-to-day running of the HR area at the faculty in relation to, among other things, recruitment, salaries, sickness, leaves of absence, employee retention, development and resignations, as well as for offering advisory services and guidance to the faculty management.
