My research focuses on leader credibility of public managers. In particular, I focus on examining the extent to which leader credibility matters for the effect of the leadership behaviors of public managers and what factors that may challenge the leader credibility of public managers. I am also interested in examining the importanc of inclusive leadership in public organizations.
