I work as an HR-supporter at Nat-Tech HR, where I support Faculty of Natural Sciences and Faculty of Technical Sciences in relation to junior academic staff and hourly staff.
Nat-Tech HR is responsible for the day-to-day running of the HR area at Nat and Tech in relation to, among other things, recruitment, salaries, sickness, leaves of absence, employee retention, development and resignations, as well as for offering advisory services and guidance to the units at the faculties and the faculty managements.
