My research primarily draws on my clinical field within Hepatology and Gastroenterology. I particularly focus on how the research I am involved in can benefit patients with these diseases. This can be directly and indirectly through health services research. For several years, I have specifically researched chronic fatigue in autoimmune diseases.
My teaching assignments primarily consist of ad hoc teaching in various contexts, both nationally and internationally. I have contributed to both Danish and international textbooks.
I collaborate with everyone, both interdisciplinary and across sectors. Through my board positions in European professional associations, I have an extensive international professional network.
