I manage a number of product teams, as well as for the university’s UX team at AU IT. We work on many things including UX research, interaction design, enterprise software, generative AI, and cloud solutions. As a team leader, I use agile methodologies and frameworks to provide high autonomy and responsibility to the individual teams and members. I strive to practice a management style that promotes innovation and efficiency, while also supporting a culture of collaboration and respect.
