Research focus on science and innovation policy, incentive structures, knowledge relations and innovation capacities, indicator construction and development, impact and effect measures, and impacts of e.g. Higher Education and National Innovation Systems, and has been involved in national and European projects on research and innovation policy, impact evaluations, indicator development and identification of societal impact of innovation capacities.
