In my PhD research, I investigate how the Danish army employs command teams as a concept of shared leadership.
Since 2018, I have taught leadership at the Danish Army Academy.
As a former soldier and practitioner, I enjoy guiding cadets in understanding military leadership and organization by applying theory to specific tasks and situations.
