My Ph.D. project examines how frontline leaders can contribute to interprofessional collaboration, i.e., collaboration across different professions. I have a particular focus on the healthcare sector. The overall aim is to generate knowledge about which leadership behaviors can support and facilitate interprofessional collaboration.
