I work as an HR-partner at Nat-Tech HR, where I support the Department of Biological and Chemical Engineering (BCE) and the Department of Mechanical and Production Engineering (MPE) at the Faculty of Technical Sciences.
Nat-Tech HR is responsible for the day-to-day running of the HR area at Nat and Tech in relation to, among other things, recruitment, salaries, sickness, leaves of absence, employee retention, development, and resignations, as well as for offering advisory services and guidance to the units at the faculties and the faculty managements.
