My research deals with how to organise integrated care and create smoother care pathways for citizens in vulnerable positions. I look at organization and institutions, such as different norms and cultures of professionals in social and health services.
In the FACT project at 'Midtklyngen', we collaborate with practitioners and managers to investigate how to organize integrated care. We are also in the process of starting international collaborations in Europe and North America. Here, we are working on making a policy analysis across Denmark and Canada regarding indigenous people. Another collaboration, with researchers from Rotterdam, we are looking at comparing analyzes from our projects around the organization of healthcare services.
