I am a marine ecologist passionate about improving our understanding of the effects of human-made underwater noise on marine mammals and developing solutions to reduce impacts and support conservation efforts for these species. My research is applied and occurs at the nexus between marine ecology and conservation, underwater acoustics, and marine management.
I am presently a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Postdoctoral Research Fellow within the Marine Bioacoustics Lab within the Department of Biology, Section for Zoophysiology at Aarhus University, under the supervision of Profs. Peter Teglberg Madsen and Jakob Tougaard (Department of Ecosciences, Section for Marine Mammals).
