Anil Kumar is an Associate Professor of Finance and Real Estate at the Department of Economics and Business Economics, Aarhus University. He is a research fellow at the Danish Finance Institute (DFI) and the Center for Research in Energy: Economics and Markets (CoRE). He holds a Ph.D. in Management (Finance and Real Estate) from the IESE Business School, Barcelona (2017).
Anil's research interests include corporate finance, real estate finance, and climate finance.

Anil is teaching two master’s courses: Empirical Corporate Finance (a mandatory course for MSc in Finance and International Business (FIB) students) and Real Estate Finance and Investments (an elective course available to master students from all degree programs) at the Department of Economics and Business Economics, Aarhus university. Anil has previous taught Corporate Finance, a mandatory course for MSc in Finance (FIN) and FIB students.
Anil undertakes supervision of bachelor theses, master theses, internship reports as well as Ph.D. supervision.
